Return Policy
All Plein Soleil products are custom-made and made to order, and are therefore not eligible for return.
If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to Plein Soleil, the customer is responsible for:
- All shipping costs to and from our warehouse
- Any applicable import duties, tariffs, and fees required to return the item(s)
