International Shipping

We ship internationally using FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Important Notes for International Customers:

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and tariffs, which are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office in advance to understand any applicable charges or restrictions.
  • Plein Soleil is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, inspections, or force majeure events outside our control.

By submitting payment, international customers also agree to the order terms set forth by Plein Soleil.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 4 weeks of the order date. For a more precise delivery timeline, please contact us.

At the Time of Delivery

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Check the following:

  • The number of packages matches your order.
  • Packaging is intact and free from visible damage or tampering.

If you notice any signs of tampering or damage, you must report it at the time of delivery by noting it on the courier's Proof of Delivery form.

Failure to report issues at the time of delivery may release Plein Soleil from responsibility for the damage.

A signature is required at the time of delivery.
